JYT Architectural Consultancy was founded on a simple belief: enduring architecture begins with a deep understanding of people, place, and the way a building is meant to be lived in.

Based in Dubai, the practice works with private clients and developers across the UAE and beyond, with a focus on considered residential architecture, interiors, and bespoke developments.

Our studio is intentionally focused. Each project is closely led by Josephus Taboada and developed through a collaborative process with our architects, engineers, consultants, and specialist partners. This allows us to remain personally involved throughout every stage, from the first conversation and early concept through detailed design, approvals, and construction.

We believe architecture is shaped at every scale. In the way a building sits within its site. In the proportion of a room. In the quality of natural light. In the relationship between inside and outside. And in the way materials and details are brought together.
